Qigong

Qigong (pronounced Chee-gong) is an age old practice that uses breath, movement and intention setting to create balance and health in the body.
Through simple poses and patterned breathwork, Qigong is belived to remove obstacles that inhibit the flow of Qi (chee), allowing this energy to flow freely around the body and eliminate health problems.
Through repeated movements coordinated with breath it becomes a moving meditation.
Movements are slow and gentle, while deep breathing calms and regulates your heartbeat and digestion. This can help reduce stress and anxiety.
