Our birthday

Just a reminder that it’s our first birthday party this Saturday. We would love to see as many of you as possible to say thank you for supporting our first year.

Julie will be there offering reflexology tasters and our new instructor Nadine will be doing a free yoga nidra meditation demonstration.

There will also be the chance to win a massage, an aromatherapy gift set and a free class in our raffle.
