Join my 10-week Kundalini Yoga Beginners Class held at Serenity Space in Coventry, starting Thursday 5th September 2024, with the option to book an Alchemy Sound Healing Gong Immersion following the Kundalini Yoga Class (Yoga Students will be given a code upon booking to use to book the Sound Healing session at a reduced rate) Class size is limited so book early to avoid disappointment.

NOTE: I am a Trainee Yoga Teacher and my Teachers Preet Kaur and Angad Kaur have granted me permission to teach at this stage in my training. In consideration of this the class exchange has been significantly reduced to £5 per class to be booked and paid for as a block (10 x £5 = £50) in advance of the first session.
